Key Objectives
Use Social Media to Make Women Researchers Visible
We currently use Twitter and Instagram to promote the research of our members. Through member spotlights and quarterly paper highlights, we hope by increasing visibility women in research will be the norm.
Newsletter
Our goal for the year of 2021 is to create a monthly newsletter. The newsletter can be shared with allies, members, and future scientists to highlight women in biomechanics.
Encourage Young Scientists
By using Instagram and twitter, we are making science more accessible and women in science more visible to a broader audience. Our goal is to encourage young women scientist to pursue their passions.
